What is the typical setup time?

Assuming that you go with the full infrastructure that we provide, and given that you already have a menu that we can copy into it's digital form, and images assets of the menu items (although that's optional), you can have the QR code Live Menu up-and-running from day 1. That's as fast as how the menu items names, prices and descriptions can be typed into the system, and then the QR code be printed to be placed on the tables.

Setting up your staff within the system is a matter of 10 minutes or even less, depending how fast you can type their names too. No lengthy email or text messages invitations, no passwords to setup, just their names and assigned roles/permissions, and the platform takes care to generate secure access for them in the mobile apps.

From that point the staff mobile app is 100% ready to capture orders from the tables, the manager platform can ingest delivery orders and reservation, and the kitchen app immediatelly functional for your kitchen team. For most teams all that is up from day 1 too.

The manager platform requires a few days/weeks of order data collection to output meaningful insights, and mapping the menu ingredients with your inventory items requires also a few days of team work with your chef and kitchen team. So typically you can start to leverage the full advantages of Menu Engineering and Automated Inventory Flow from week 2 and beyond.

If I decide to keep my POS and front/back ordering infrastructure for my team, as an owner-manager how can I use Fluwerio for my high level work?
